By default we process credit cards or electronic checks online via secure server of third party premium re-sellers and credit card processors. Optionally we can accept wire transfer, Western Union or other payment methods. You should contact us regarding alternative payment method.

Making Changes to Your Order. Order Cancellation.
As long as the order is open, you can make changes or cancel the order entirely or partially. An order is considered to be open if it has not entered the dispatch process. You can find out your order status via Orders History link.
If your credit card was already billed we reserve the right to hold the processing commissions (approximately 5% of the total) unless the cancellation is related to products quality, delayed delivery, missing products, etc.
Wholesale customers are welcome to contact us regarding wholesale terms and conditions.
Please allow 2-5 Days to process and ship your order, however , some orders take longer depending on availability, at time of ordering, and destination country. Your purchase will be handled in the order it came, prepared, packaged and then sent off. Once your purchase has been shipped we will notify you by email. Please make sure you provided the right shipping address. We won't be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Terms
Plain shipping cost will be applied to each order regardless package weight, number of packages or delivery address. We reserve the right to split your order into several packages based on maximum allowed dimensions and weight of packages, availability or other factors.
Registered Shipping
Shipping rate is $15 for orders up to $250.00
Orders in excess of $250.00 will be shipped free of charge.
The delivery time is 2-6 weeks, though usually it takes up to 3 weeks.
Express Shipping
Priority shipping rate is $40.00
We currently ship priority mails by EMS only.
Priority shipping is not available for some countries. Please CLICK HERE to see the list of countries where EMS shipping is not available. If your country belongs to this list you won't be offered Express shipping during checkout
The delivery time is one to two weeks
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Thus in no event shall ReplicaCafe.com be liable for any consequences of Custom Clearance in your country, including, but not limited to import duties and seizure. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Replicacafe.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If a package being sent via regular air or ground mail did not arrive in 8 (eight) weeks after the shipping date and all attempts to track this package have failed, then this package is deemed as Lost. A package sent via registered mail is deemed Lost after receiving a confirmation from the carrier
In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
Please follow these directions for all returns
Any unused item may be returned within 30 days after receiving for a refund or exchange. All returns must be post dated no later than 30 days after receiving.
We will not accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or used, worn, missing parts, tampered, sized.
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
Used or worn products will not be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing or using the product the first time, our return policy is void.
Please contact stating the reason why you are making a return. You will be provided with the correct return address then.
Unauthorized returns will be sent on your own risk as they can be misled and lost
Please enclose a message into the parcel with the following info:
- Order or transaction ID
- Your name and email address (must be same as in your ReplicaCafe.com account)
- Reason to return. If the reason is manufacturers or transportation defect please describe what exactly is wrong with returned item
Please insure your return package against loss in transit. The returned items must be properly packed as we are not responsible for damages during transportation.
Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse of returned item(s).
Returned item(s) is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
Unless a refund is requested the returned item(s) will be replaced with the same one(s) or another available item(s) of your choice with the same or similar price.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges. If you exchange the returned item(s) you WILL NOT be charged for repeated shipping when default shipping method is used. (See Shipping)
Please allow up to TWO weeks for returns processing through our facility.
In the unlikely event that your item was received defective from stock, we offer a Warranty of 30 Days. We would First like you to email us your problem as many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself. If the item needs to be mailed back to us you will be given the mailing instructions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Refills of Replica Pens. We suggest you purchase a new authenticated refill. They are not expensive and will work much better than those you receive with the pen.
- Batteries that come inside quartz Replica Watches. The batteries are of standard types and are available everywhere in the world.
